Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ8 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (269) 349-3134. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is bimbospizza.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 1,106 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Kalamazoo.
Kalamazoo is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kalamazoo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My first time at Bimboβs (not to be confused with Bilboβs). The menu is small and the food felt fresh. Must try at least once.

I was walking by here talking to my Mom on the phone and was telling her how cool I thought the building looked and my Mom lost her mind because she used to come here in the 70s and it was her favorite place in town. There's a good reason this place has been open since 1959 the pizza was excellent. Loaded up with great toppings and the crust was unique and really really good. Ive had pizza all over the country and haven't had crust like this, I think this was one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. This is how pizza should be 10/10 . The staff was particularly friendly as well! I also thought the price's were less then expected and the pizza was a great deal.

Another awful experience at Bimbos. This time Allison made sure I didn't enjoy my meal. Where to begin? I have been to bimbos probably once a year since 2017 and every single time I come to bimbos it is a bad experience. Every single time I walk through that door I pick up a negative vibe. The only reason I have returned to this restaurant is because my husband loves this restaurant. It is nostalgia for him. Well that was up until Sunday. While we were at the restaurant on Sunday Allison was our server. Allison made sure that we did not enjoy your experience that day. We ordered cheese bread for an appetizer. I watched Allison clean other tables and serve other tables before she brought the cheese bread to our table. The cheese bread was burnt. Then two minutes later she brought the rest of the food. An appetizer by definition should be served at least five minutes prior to the main meal. Then throughout the meal she made no effort to check in with us to see if we needed anything. Allison could not be bothered with refilling drinks. I ordered a veggie pizza. The outer rim of my veggie pizza was burnt. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza. Her pizza was burnt. My husband ordered a sau

Classic Midwest pizza parlor in downtown Kalamazoo. My dad has been eating here since before I was born. I on the other hand have never been a fan. I grew up liking and eventually working at LC, so my tastes were iffy at best. And maybe now cause we only get what he wants for toppings, pepperoni and fresh mushrooms. Forever the odd ball, because it's usually packed and it's been here for decades. We always get pickup as well. Maybe I should actually order something for myself for once, but I only associate it with him. Don't be like me and go enjoy it.

We had heard amazing things about this place so we day tripped down to Kalamazoo with aunt Edna and the woody wagon. While it was good, and the service and restaurant were great, I thought it was just ok. Don't get me wrong, far better than any fast food pizza joint, anywhere. Just not quite up to what I expected and compared to some other pizza places we have tried. I did very much like the crispy thin crust and it had plenty of toppings (I had a meat lovers and wife had Hawaiian) IG: holiday_road_master_wagon
